Nancy and Amy Harrington
Nancy & Amy Harrington are sisters and co-founders of The Passionistas Project, a movement empowering women through storytelling, connection, and community. Former Hollywood executives, Amy was the first woman VP of post-production at Warner Brothers (Harry Potter, The Matrix), and Nancy ran her own design business and crafted Oscar campaigns for Miramax.
Seeking purpose over prestige, they left Hollywood to create a platform where women, especially from marginalized communities, can share their stories, find support, and celebrate one another. Their work includes a podcast, an annual Women’s Equality Summit, and an online sisterhood. Known for their dynamic partnership — often described as “sharing a brain” — they model how collaboration, trust, and purpose can drive meaningful impact in both business and community.
